Overview
The Attwood Hull-Mounted Cowl Vent is designed to install by fastening as a complete unit on the outside of the hull. The ventilation hose (not included) twists into the bottom of the box to form a raised water barrier. Its plastic vents are corrosion-resistant and will not discolor in the sun.
All collector boxes and vents are designed for intake or exhaust and meet ABYC H-2 cross-sectional area requirements.

- A flexible hose flange screws onto the hose, then the vent snaps onto the flange
- The vent is constructed of chrome-plated die-cast Perma-Plate® ZAMAK
- The flange is non-corrosive plastic
- Installs with #8 screws
