The Performers are O’Brien’s signature pair of combo skis. Not only have they taught thousands the joy of waterskiing, they also make the transition from combos to slalom as fun and easy as can be. If you have slalom and combo skiers in the same family, or you want to spend a lot of time on a slalom ski but still need a pair of combos to share with others, these are the skis for you. Built to be easy to get up on, but with features usually reserved for higher performance slalom skis, the Performers are the best of both worlds. The Performers feature the lace-adjustable X-8 bindings, which securely hold almost any size adult foot in padded comfort without sacrificing performance. Binding (X-8)
The X-8 is a very versatile binding. The X-8 can fit most adults, making it so you can outfit the entire family with one pair of bindings! The front boot is open toe to assist with outfitting multiple sizes. The front boot also has laces for added security. The back boot is a Rear Toe Plate, making it easy to take off the bindings.
