Excellent Customer Service
I bought this replace hook for my Hydroslide Versa 2 and installed it on a Wednesday. On Thursday we took the board out to the lake, only to have the new hook break on us. I contacted Kurt (General Manager), and after seeing what had happened to the hook, he immediately sent out a new on to replace it. With that being said, you can’t go wrong buying from Boater’s Outlet!! Buy with the confidence of knowing that care about their customers!! I will be using Boater’s Outlet for all of my boating an recreational needs!! Thanks for everything Kurt!!!
