Smooth polyester fabric resists picking up dirt and grit. Neoprene sewn into the hem keeps the boot on your fender. Knit fabric hugs the fender for a close fit. Sold in pairs. These fender boots fit fenders: 10" x 26" & 10-1/2" x 30".
